Kappa Alpha Theta is involved with many various community service activities around campus,
and nationwide. Our national Philanthropy is CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates), and we
hold an annual event on campus to fundraise for this group. CASA specializes in helping those
children who need a voice in court. They make sure that the child's needs are met whenever
there is a debate for custody or neglect.
Theta at Brown is also involved in many various community service projects. Many sisters
have individual activities with various groups which interest them. Several sisters spend time
at Foxpoint, helping out where they can. Theta also is involved in Greek Council's annual BCO day
(Brown Community Outreach) which hosts a carnival for children in the community.
